Associates Program today. Dive into the world of electronic
commerce! At AzureBay we pride ourselves in offering screen
savers with the highest quality images available. You will
earn a 10% referral fee on all screen savers and other products
linked from your website.

AzureBay
will pay you 10% on every title all the time. You get paid
on all products sold from your site. We offer one of the
highest referral fees available online. Our Associates are
not required to meet sales quotas to receive referral fees,
so you can start earning immediately. For a product sale
to be eligible to earn a referral, the customer must follow
a "special link" from your site to AzureBay's
site, select and purchase the product on CD-ROM using AzureBay's
automated ordering system, accept delivery of the product
at the shipping destination, and remit full payment to AzureBay.

Started
- Operating
Agreement: Read the AzureBay Associates Program
Agreement.
- Fill
out the Online Application.
This will register your website with the Associates Program.
Once we've reviewed your website, you will receive an
e-mail notification confirming your acceptance into the
program, and detailed instructions on how to set up your
links.
- Go
to the Linking Methods
page for information on how to set up a variety of links.
- You
will receive a quarterly report from us giving you information
on how your store is doing. This report will be e-mailed
to you.
- AzureBay
is responsible for all aspects of order processing and
fulfillment.
Building Your Online Store
-Identify
your store as an association between your site and AzureBay.

-You
may also use our logo to identify your site as a Program
participant. Inserting our logo or the "association
text" gives your visitors an enhanced understanding
of your relationship with us.
-Let
your visitors know that you have items for sale. Here are
some tips:
- To
help visitors know they can buy the items you list, trying
using the words "buy" or "for sale,"
or come up with another way to let them know
- Promote
sales on your site by using the AzureBay logo to help
you sell more. Graphic and

- Feature
products with your recommendations. Place a clickable
logo or product cover next to the description of the items
for sale. Link this to the AzureBay screen saver page
using the Individual Product linking format.
- Remain
familiar with the titles that meet your customer's interests.
The AzureBay website lists our newest titles.
- They
will be more likely to buy the items you list for sale
if you provide them with product descriptions, reviews,
or other references.
As
a program associate you may select one or more products
to list on your site. For each selected product, you are
responsible for the content, style, and placement of these
references. You will provide a special link from each product
reference on your site to the corresponding item in the
AzureBay online catalog (see "Linking Methods",
below). Each link will connect directly to the AzureBay
online catalog. You may add or delete products from your
site at any time without the approval of AzureBay.
As
a Program Associate of AzureBay, you are solely responsible
for the development, operation, and maintenance of your
website and for all materials that appear on your site.
Associates
may not include price information on product descriptions
because price changes may affect products you have already
listed on your site.
Linking
Methods
As
a Program Associates you have two basic linking methods
to choose from. Choose the linking method that best suits
your website. Remember every sale that results from any
of the following linking methods will earn you a 10% referral
fee.
1. Home Page Link: This
is the fastest way to get started. Use a logo that is used
in conjunction with the AzureBay Home Page linking format.
2. Individual Product Link: The
type of link features products with personal recommendations.
Your site visitors value your opinion. Well-written product
reviews and recommendations will bring repeat visits to
your website.
Graphics
and Logos
You
may copy any of the images from the AzureBay website to
be used solely to promote that AzureBay title. However,
you may not use any graphic image or text out of context
or for any other reason than to promote AzureBay's products.
To
help your customers associate your website with the AzureBay
brand name, we recommend you place our images on your home
page or on the page where you offer items for sale.
